Enter the home from the oversized, 2-car garage and you'll find yourself on the ground floor of the villa. Drop your gear off in the laundry room, then head into the entertainment space to relax. Complete with a flatscreen TV — one of seven in the house—and plenty of comfortable seating, this ground floor living room is the ideal spot to park the kids.

Just up the stairs, the main floor unfolds into a spacious, open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Reclaimed wood floors and rustic details elevate the space, which features a plush, sectional couch, gas fireplace, stainless steel kitchen appliances and an 8-person dining table.

The space is a dream for those special moments when everyone is together. Like a quiet morning, sipping coffee around the kitchen island. Or, reminiscing about your day while lounging around the fireplace on the outdoor deck.

On the top floor, three private bedrooms offer a quiet escape. One, a king bed with a luxurious en-suite bath. The other two, are comfortable queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The final two bedrooms—both featuring en-suite bathrooms with heated floors—can be found on the main and bottom floors. Each bedroom has its own unique draw; like a gas fireplace, private balcony, soaking tub or forest view.
