Our Story
In the late 1990s, local rancher Jack Van Sickle donated the majority of his 725-acre parcel to create Van Sickle Bi-State Park—a stunning slice of Sierra Nevadas shared by both California and Nevada. The neighboring property, perfectly situated between the Bi-State Park and a town center, he sold.In 2018, it became home to Gondola Vista; a gorgeous collection of 20 luxury villas. Designed and developed by a local company, the modern, alpine feel of the villas is matched by the location.
